1 product quality
Our company promise QTY/QTJ style block making machine is under produce strictly according to ISO9001-2000 quality management system, also promise the offer is new not used or second hand, inspected strictly and perfectly from raw material come in to equipment come out, keep promise the standard level.

2 after sale service
Product after sale service is responsible for our company after sale department and international trade department, finished together. Once inspected standard level, during the valid guarantee period, any problem directly contact international department (TEL/FAX:865393627559), response within 24 hours after receiving, and arrange technician there to repair within 72 hours. All cost is paid by manufacturer during the valid period.

3 Installations
Within 2 days after equipment arrival, the company send technician and related translator there to install, adjust after receiving buyer advice, until make it operate. Once inspected standard by buyer, they should also issue standard report.
     (1). professors for installation : four engineers. Building technical instruction need one technician, equipment installations need three technicians
(2). installation time: two weeks for full automatic producing line.
(3).We will dispatch our technician to install machines, commissioning, and train workers.
(4).Installation Fees: US$30.00 per technician per day.
(5).Food and Accommodation for installation technicians: at the cost of buyer.
(6).Transport fee of our technician (the round-ticket): at the cost of the buyer.

4 training plan
According to plan and requirement, our company send technician to be responsible for buyer part operator training and instruction, assure the operation use and control.
Training contents:
(1).time: within 20 days.
(2). Fees: US$50.00 per technician per day.
(3).basic producing technology operation.
(4).proportion for raw material.
(5).equipment repair and maintain
(6).safety production training.
(7).Food and Accommodation for installation technicians: at the cost of buyer.
(8).Transport fee of our technician (the round-ticket): at the cost of the buyer.

5 guarantee period
The guarantee period is valid from after installation and adjustment, put into operation for one year, our company repair the equipment and components for free(except the incorrect use or operation by buyer party.)

6 finished quality guarantee
Our party assure the finished product 97%-98% standard, the inspect scope include strength, compact, shape size three parts. We assure the forming cycle time is 15-22s, mould lifespan 100000 times.

7 service after quality guarantee contents
After the valid of guarantee period, buyer should pay for the wearable and spare parts components according to the cost. After service visit annually and make records.
